ABS-OLUTELY FABULOUS!

Dishy Dutchman MARK – personal trainer of 20 years and Playing It Straight's boot camp army instructor – has told us his secret to getting ripped abs just like him.

'I eat six times a day, but they're small meals! Little and often is the key. You need
to work out the perfect combination of
protein and carbs for your individual metabolism, and that's something I can
help with.'

And although the right diet is
50% of the battle, it helps to get your
booty moving too.

'I do cardio five or six times a
week, and that doesn't mean being
stuck on a running machine. I find
cycling really addictive and great for
my abs, and glutes for that matter!
And thanks to Boris, there are bikes
all over central London, meaning you
can get a great cardio workout and a
blast of fresh air.'
